SHIPPING POLICY

All goods are dispatched from our Studio and are delivered by Australia Post.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Please note it can take longer to remote and regional areas. We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

Flat rate $12.95 postage and handling within Australia
Free delivery on all orders over $100 ( automatically applied at checkout)

RETURN POLICY

Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will offer you a replacement provided you send us a photo within 24 hours of you receiving them.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance

All Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order
